The water wouldn't come on and we left the taps on and the heat up so we didn't think the lines could be froze. Our property manager called 2nd Shift and they came out within a half hour. It was froze, way down at the water main. They checked everything and stayed until it was all taken care of. I wish I could remember the name of the 2 young men that came but know that they were professional, kind, and great workers.

2nd shift did a great job. They came in replace a outside sewer line that was busted buy a tree root. They came in dug it and replaced it within hours and so far everything is working great. So try 2nd shift there about the best and with the price and service that's in town.

Best plumbers I have ever had. They were fast within 4 hours they were there to address my issue. My parents needed to have their drain cleaned, whoever they had come out to do it was not able to get it cleaned out and running. They told them they needed to get it dug out and a new drain line installed. I was concerned they may have been trying to take advantage of my parents! It has been over a week and a half and they never called my parents back. I have used second shift before so I contacted them. They came out quickly right whenn they said they would. They were successful at clearing the line! The technician Jordan that came out was very friendly and did an amazing job! The price was what they said it was going to be, no hidden cost.
